The Medspa store’s online purchases may be returned if the product(s) is new and unopened within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must be presented in their original packaging without being used, along with the gifts sent with the order, if applicable.

 If you’d like to return an item purchased in a bundle or BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. 

Refunds, if any, will be made on the products to the credit card used for the order.

Please note that if you receive an item that is damaged, does not match the listing description, or is the wrong item, you will be eligible for a refund on your purchase.
If you change your mind and want to return it, please keep the package in its condition when you receive it; make sure the box is unopened and in its shape when it was received. We will accept the return, but a restocking fee will be applied to the customer.
You are welcome to return your item within three days of receiving it at the latest, but the package or the box has to be unopened. The device or machine you receive should be tested as soon as you receive it.


We’ll process a refund after we receive and process your return.

For items directed to our Returns Center, expect your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases, you’ll receive the refund sooner).

 This time period includes:

  • 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
  • 15 days for us to inspect and process your return
  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request

We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. 

  • We’ll process a refund after we receive and process your return.
  • Credit card processing fees typically cost a business 1.5% to 3.5% of each transaction’s total. For a sale of $100, that means you could pay $1.50 to $3.50 in credit card fees. These fees will be applied per transaction on the customer.
  • A “Refund Fee” may be applied.

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees will be applied to the customer for returned items in their original condition.
The restocking fee is between 5% to 10% of the original amount paid by the customer, depending on the warehouse the item was shipped from to the end customer.


 All International purchases are FINAL SALE.

We do not accept international returns, and shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

**International customers may be eligible for a store credit** 


Your item(s) should be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order with all stickers attached and in their original packaging. Returns outside of this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of The Medspa store and will only be eligible for a refund in the form of store credit.


Once you place your order, you have one hour to cancel your order.  We do not allow cancellations or modifications of your order once it has been finalized.  

Please ensure all shipping and contact info is correct before submitting your order. Once your order has been finalized, we will not be able to modify it. 


If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

 Please note that it takes 15 days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.


The promo code must be entered in the discount box at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount before placing the order.

Promo codes and discounts cannot be added to an order after it has been placed. All promo codes are available for a limited time while supplies last, cannot be used once expired, have any cash value or be applied to previous purchases.


If a receipt is presented, you will receive store credit as merchandise credit once your item has been returned, inspected, and approved.


We cannot exchange or reimburse you for products ordered from a third-party retailer. We invite you to contact the point of sale where the purchase was made directly for questions regarding a refund.
