Which courier will be used for delivery?

  • Orders for delivery within the United States will be shipped using USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
  • International Orders will be shipped using UPS, DHL, FedEx, YunExpress, UBI, or your domestic couriers, depending on your country and region.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping (no minimums) for all orders with delivery addresses within the USA. Shipping costs to other countries will be calculated at checkout. For inquiries about shipping costs to your destination, please contact us.

How can I track my order?

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order through our website’s “Track Order” feature or via the shipping carrier’s website, as per your preference.

Will I need to pay customs duties?

  • For international deliveries (outside the United States), customers are generally responsible for customs clearance and import tax payments unless stated otherwise.
  • We offer customs clearance services and tax-free door-to-door delivery for specific products. For details, please get in touch with us.
  • For deliveries within the United States, there are no customs duties.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Order processing time: 1-5 business days.
  • Transit times vary based on product and location. For specific shipping times or to inquire about your delivery location, please get in touch with us.
  • Conservative estimates for in-stock products:
    • USA: 3-10 business days.
    • Countries like Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, and more: 5-15 business days.
    • Most other countries: 8-25 business days.
  • Made-to-order machines: Approximately 10-20 business days.

Shipping Delays:

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers. No refunds for reasonable delays (up to 45 calendar days from the order date).
  • We aim to exceed your expectations and deliver without delay. I appreciate your understanding.

Packages Lost in Transit or Missing Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments during shipping handled by third-party couriers.
  • No automatic refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We will assist you in filing claims with the courier.

Re-routed or Refused Packages and Import Tariff Refusals:

  • Re-routed packages by customers are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refused delivery will be refunded after the package is returned, minus a 40% fee to cover shipping and associated fees.
  • If customs authorities refuse delivery in your country, you are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement.
  • Many packages require a signature on delivery for safe receipt. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery if required.
